Directorate Change

RapidCloud International Plc (AIM: RCI), the enterprise cloud computing services and web-solutions provider based in Southeast Asia, announces that Chee Han Wen ("Raymond"), Chong Lip Kian, and Cindy Choo, have informed the Board of their decisions to resign as directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Raymond will also relinquish his duty as Chief Executive Officer. The Board has appointed Chew Man Fai, Executive Director, as interim Chief Executive Officer.

Brian Wong Wye Pong will continue as Non-Executive Chairman and Du Kiat Wai ("William") will continue to act as Non-Executive Director.
