                   Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited 
 
                            Q2 Dividend Declaration 
 
 
The Directors of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT), a 
registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announce 
that, following Board approval, a Q2 dividend for the three month period to 30 
June 2010 of US$0.10 per participating redeemable preference share will be paid 
on 13 August 2010 to shareholders on the register on 6 August 2010.  The 
ex-dividend date is 4 August 2010. 
 
As a reminder to shareholders the United States dollar is the Company's main 
economic and reporting currency.  It is therefore the natural currency in which 
to determine dividends. Nevertheless, shareholders wishing for the conversion of 
dividend payments into sterling may do so by contacting Computershare Investor 
Services (Jersey) Limited(Tel: +44 1534 825 337) or by completing a sterling 
election form which is available on the Company's website (www.q-ogtfund.com). 
There will be no partial elections.
