Interim dividend 
 
Following significant realisations from the qualifying portfolio, the Board is 
pleased to announce that it has approved an interim dividend of 15p per Ordinary 
Share.  The ex-dividend date will be 22 August 2012 and the record date 24 
August 2012.  The dividend will be paid to shareholders on 7 September 2012.
