Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it has launched two 2022 Save As You Earn Schemes (the "2022 SAYE
Scheme") for all eligible employees, one offering saving plans over
3 years, the other 5 years.
Employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over
the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") which have been granted on 27 April 2022 at an exercise
price of 1,079 pence in accordance with the terms of the 2022 SAYE
Scheme. This represents a discount of 20% from the average
mid-market closing price for an Ordinary Share on the 3 business
days from Thursday 31 March 2022 to Monday 4 April 2022 prior to
the invitation made to all eligible employees on Thursday 7 April
2022.
A total of 91 employees have participated in the scheme and
37,742 Options have been granted representing 0.10% of the
Company's issued share capital.
The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs") have chosen to participate in the 2022 SAYE Scheme:
