Result of Annual General Meeting
Mpac Group plc confirms that all the resolutions put to the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Wednesday 17 May 2023 were
duly passed. All resolutions were decided on a poll. Resolutions 1
to 11 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 15
were passed as special resolutions. The voting results are given
below.

3. The number of shares in issue at 6:00 p.m. on 15 May 2023 was
20,474,424 ("ISC"). Holders of ordinary shares are entitled to one
vote per share. No shares are held in treasury.
4. The new Articles of Association will be available to view on
the Company's website shortly and will also be submitted to
Companies House.
