                         Total Voting Rights in Company 
 
 
Limelight VCT announces that it was informed on 23 June 2010 that, as at that 
date, Mr Stuart Stradling, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed, in his 
capacity as chairman of the meeting, by two Shareholders as their proxy for the 
general meeting to be held on 24 June 2010. This, in addition to rights arising 
from his own shareholding, means that Mr Stradling will hold the voting rights 
over 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The total voting rights in the 
Company are 5,620,002 and accordingly the percentage holding is 5.34%.
