Update on the recommended acquisition by Alpcot Agro - other indicative offers rejected

Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, "Landkom" or "the Company"), the Ukrainian producer of agricultural commodities notes the announcement made earlier today by JadenFinch Limited referring to its pre-conditional approach to the Board on 7 December 2011.

On 7 September 2011, the Company announced it was conducting a strategic review. The Company has received a number of approaches since then. After conducting extensive negotiations with more than one party, and having consulted with its professional advisers, the Board's conclusion was to recommend the proposals announced yesterday by the Company and Alpcot Agro AB (Alpcot). The Board still believes that the recommended Alpcot proposals are superior in terms of price, form of consideration and certainty of execution to all other proposals made to date.
