Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ and LSE: KFX), a leading provider of smart process applications for the business critical First MileT of customer interactions, today announced that it was notified October 31, 2014 by Non-Executive Director, Joe Rose, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2, that on October 31, 2014, he acquired 5,000 common shares with a par value of $0.001 each in the company at an average price of $6.37 each.

Following this transaction, Joe Rose beneficially holds 125,000 common shares in the company, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the company.
