The Company has been informed today that Mr Adrian F Lamb, a non-executive
director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company at a price of 199p per share.

Mr Lamb now has a beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company
being 0.03 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
