The Company was notified on 5 March 2010 that, Russell Down, a Director, 
disposed of 3,303 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on that day at a sale 
price of 218p per share and immediately acquired 3,256 ordinary shares of 10p 
each in Hyder at a purchase price of 218.5p through a Bed and ISA arrangement. 
On 5 March 2010 his spouse, also through a Bed and ISA arrangement, sold 3,303 
shares of 10p each in Hyder at a sale price of 218p and immediately purchased 
3,256 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder at a purchase price of 218.5p. 
Following these transactions, Mr Down and his connected persons hold 23,487 
ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.0612% of the issued ordinary share 
capital of the Company.
