                                PDMR Shareholding 
 
 
The Company was notified on 22 February 2010 that, Rod Stewart, a PDMR, acquired 
14,414 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on that day, following the exercise 
of nil cost options granted to him under the Hyder Consulting PLC 2006 Long Term 
Incentive Plan. The Company has been notified that 5,940 of these shares were 
sold today at 228p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Stewart holds 
27,458 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.0716% of the issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company.
