Directorate Change 
 
 
The Company announces that Mr Peter Morgan, a non-executive director, has 
indicated his intention to retire from the board, effective from the end of the 
2009 Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 July 2009. 
 
 
In anticipation of this change, Mr Morgan has now stepped down as Chairman of 
the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee and is replaced by Mr Jeffrey 
Hume and Mr Paul Withers respectively. Mr Withers also replaces Mr Morgan as the 
Senior Independent Director. These three appointments come into effect 
immediately. 
 
 
Sir Alan Thomas, Chairman of Hyder, said: 
 
 
"Peter has played an extremely important and valuable role on Hyder's board. We 
thank him most warmly for his contribution to the business of the Company."
