                             Capital Reorganisation

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, following the passing of
the resolutions at Hitchens' EGM held earlier today, the Company's ordinary
shares of 0.075p each will now be consolidated into new ordinary shares of 0.75p
each ('New Ordinary Shares').

The New Ordinary Shares will begin trading on Monday 24 December 2007, with the
ISIN: GB00B29Q2280.

From 24 December 2007, there will be 124,466,671 New Ordinary Shares in issue.
