   HOME ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION PLC ("Home Entertainment" or "the Company")



                                ISSUE OF EQUITY



The company has issued and allotted, subject to admission to trading on AIM,
7,500 new ordinary 5p shares under the approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
The consideration for the shares is as follows:

Approved Executive share option scheme            7,500            1.685p



The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company.  Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 5 May 2004.
