   --    Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2022; and 
   --    Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

The Company's AGM will be held at 12.00 noon. on Wednesday 17 May 2023 at Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
