Haydale Graphene Industries plc (AIM:HAYD), the Company focused on enabling 
technology for the commercialisation of graphene, announces that on 16 December 
2014, Anthony Belisario, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 
24,358 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 41 pence per share. 
 
Following this purchase, Mr Belisario owns 379,050 Ordinary Shares representing 
3.31% of the Company's issued share capital which comprises 11,446,446 Ordinary 
Shares. There are no shares in treasury.
