The Company was notified on 19th April 2000 by Fidelity Investments that,
following a purchase of 701,597 Ordinary Shares (date not specified), FMR
Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd
(Principal Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) has a notifiable
interest in 2,254,304 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.10% of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share Capital.
