Close period transactions

In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 15.5.1(4) R the Company is
satisfied that that all inside information which the Directors and the Company
may have to 8 October 2007 has previously been notified to a Regulated
Information Service and accordingly the Company is exempted from the close
period provisions of the Model Code in relation to the Company's ordinary
shares.
