            Three investee companies commence flotation process

Three companies in which Galileo Innovation plc has invested have each commenced
the flotation process.  These represent a substantial spread of technologies and
Intellectual Property, offering significant opportunities.

Fluid Conditioning Systems has developed an advanced fluid conditioning system,
whilst Sense-Sonic has developed and now markets the ConversorTM , the unique
assisted listening device.  The third company, Astek Innovation, develops
specialist dental products.

It is intended that all three companies will list on the same day in the fourth
quarter of 2002.
