       SCOOT AND AT&T CONNECT WITH CALLERS

Scoot,   the   interactive  information   service
formerly  known as Freepages, has partnered  with
AT&T to develop a new Mid-Call Divert service for
everybody  calling the 0800 192 192 number.  Mid-
Call   Divert   enables  the   consumer   to   be
automatically  transferred  to  the  business  of
their  choice,  continuing the freephone  service
and  eliminating the need to hang up and  make  a
separate  call. The first of its kind in  Europe,
Scoot and AT&T will  begin national trials of the
service in the new year.

Mid-Call  Divert is the latest  in  a  series  of
agreements  between  the  two  companies;   Scoot
recently moved its freephone telephony service to
AT&T,  and also uses the company for Frame  Relay
