                            Conversion of Securities



Feedback PLC announces that application has been made for admission of 37,125
New Ordinary shares issued as a result of the conversion of 7,425 10 per cent.
Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares. The Shares will be admitted
to trading on AIM with effect from 8 am Friday 1 December 2006.



The issued share capital of the Company following this conversion is 770,814 10
per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares and
12,382,021 Ordinary Shares.



Furthermore, the Company announces that an application has been made today for
the block listing of 3,854,070 ordinary shares of 10 p each. The block listing
is in relation to the conversion of the Company's remaining 770,814 10 per cent.
