Results of Adjourned Class Meeting of 2011 Subscription Shareholders 
 
Following the adjourned Class Meeting which was held today, we are pleased to 
announce that the resolution put to shareholders was passed on a vote on a show 
of hands: 
 
SPECIAL RESOLUTION 
 
  * THAT this meeting of the holders of 2011 Subscription Shares hereby 
    sanctions and consents to every alteration, modification, variation or 
    abrogation of the special rights, privileges and restrictions attaching to 
    the 2011 Subscription Shares to be effected by the passing and 
    implementation of the special resolution of the Company numbered 1 as set 
    out in the Notice of Company General Meeting contained in the circular 
    dated 3 April 2013 to the shareholders of the Company, a copy of which 
    marked "A" signed by the chairman of the meeting for the purpose of 
    identification is produced to the meeting. 
 
Under listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolution has been submitted to the 
National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be made available for inspection 
at: 
 
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do 
 
Proxy votes received in favour of the resolution were as follows: 
 
Resolution: 98.82% 
 
The listing of the 2011 Subscription Shares was suspended on 3 July 2012. The 
Company has requested that the listing of the 2011 Subscription Shares be 
cancelled by the UK Listing Authority on 23 July 2013.
