Limited ("Eastplats") (TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR) discloses that Mr. Gordon Keep, a non-executive director of the
Company, sold 42,500 common shares of Eastplats on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") at $2.14 per share on
March 30, 2007.
