Result of Annual General Meeting

Electra Kingsway VCT 2 Plc announces that all ten resolutions proposed at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

Two copies of the Special Resolution authorising the Company to make market
purchases of its ordinary shares, have been submitted to the UK Listing
Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
