The Company announces that its 2024
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of

Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD on 6
June 2024 at 12.00 noon.
The Notice of AGM has been
dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the
Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's
