The Company has today made application for a total of 60,000 common shares of
$0.001 each ("New Shares") to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market
("AIM") in connection with the exercise of options.


Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00am on
25th January 2007.
