    Culver Holdings plc announces that the agreement for the disposal of the entire share capital of Culver Insurance Brokers Limited to
Protectagroup Acquisitions Limited, a subsidiary of Cullum Capital Ventures Limited, was approved today by the Company in general meeting.
The number of shareholder proxy votes in favour of the resolution numbered 125,327, representing 52% of the Company's issued share capital,
and 65 votes were at the discretion of the Chairman. No votes were received against the resolution.

    Completion of the disposal has now taken place.
