   Albion VCTs Prospectus Top Up Offers 2013/2014 
 
   Albion Development VCT PLC, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, Albion Technology 
& General VCT PLC, Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC, Crown Place VCT PLC 
and Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC (together, "the Companies") announce that 
they have published a Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, 
Registration Document and Summary) in relation to offers for 
subscription for new Ordinary Shares in each of the Companies to raise, 
in aggregate, up to GBP17.6 million (before issue costs) (the "Offers"). 
 
   The Offers open on 19 March 2014 and are expected to close no later than 
30 September 2014 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or 
previously closed). 
 
   A downloadable version of the Prospectus will be available from 
www.albion-ventures.co.uk. 
 
   Copies of the Prospectus are available, free of charge, from the 
Companies' registered office at 1 King's Arms Yard, London, EC2R 7AF. 
 
   In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Prospectus has been submitted 
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for 
inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. 
 
   Closure of the Non-Prospectus Top Up Offers 2013/2014 
 
   The Companies also announce the closure on Friday 14 March 2014 of the 
Albion VCTs non prospectus Top Up Offers 2013/2014. Valid applications 
have been received under the Top Up Offers 2013/2014 for GBP9.4m 
(including GBP6m allotted on 31 January 2014). The next and final 
allotment of Ordinary Shares under the Top Up Offers for the current tax 
year is expected to be on 5 April 2014, and dealings are expected to 
commence by 10 April 2014.  The allotment of Ordinary Shares under the 
Top Up Offers for the tax year 2014/15 will take place after 6 April 
2014.  Rejected Applications under the Top Up Offers may be accepted 
under the Prospectus Top Up Offers if accompanied by a Letter of 
Transfer available from www.albion-ventures.co.uk.
