Further to the announcement made on 4 June 2010, the Company confirms that the 
name change to Redefine International plc will be implemented with effect from 1 
July 2010. Consequently, as at the commencement of trading on 1 July 2010, the 
Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange will change to RDF and the website 
will change to www.redefineinternational.je.
