Enterprises (Australia) Pty Limited ("Palmary") has lodged a notice of change of
interests of substantial holder.



The notice discloses that Palmary has an 88.86% shareholding in Consolidated
Minerals, represented by 221,219,167 fully paid ordinary shares. The additional
shares were acquired upon acceptances of Palmary's takeover offer and through on
market purchases.
