On 1 August 2007 the Company was notified by Charleville Investments LLC
("Charleville") that on 19 July 2007 following the issue of 3,682,604 shares of
no-par value by the Company on 13 July 2007, Charleville's interest in 3,772,320
ordinary shares represents approximately 19.45% of the issued share capital and
voting rights of the Company.
