On 18 March 2008 John Whiter (Director) exercised 250,000 penny options, which
were awarded to him under the company's 2002 Incentive Plan, and sold 123,654 of
the resulting Common Shares at 238.274182p to cover the associated tax and NI
liabilities. John Whiter's overall shareholding has increased to 1,141,962
Common Shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital.



In addition Dominic Christian (Director) has exercised 249,999 penny options,
which were awarded to him under the company's 2003 Performance Incentive Plan,
and sold 123,654 of the resulting Common Shares at 238.274182p to cover the
associated tax and NI liabilities. Dominic Christian's overall shareholding has
increased to 738,164 Common Shares representing 0.35% of the issued share
capital.
