On 11 February 2008 the Company received notification from Deccan Value
Advisors, acting as a non-beneficial investment manager, that following a
purchase of 228,180 Common Shares (voting rights) that took place on 5 February
2008, they hold 31,380,142 Common Shares (voting rights) which represents 14.57%
of the Company's issued Common Share capital.
