L.P., acting as a non-beneficial investment manager, that following a disposal
of 88,758 Common Shares (voting rights) that took place on 23 January 2008, they
hold 8,604,142 Common Shares (voting rights) which represents 3.97% of the
Company's issued Common Share capital.
