    ArgentVive, the AIM quoted e-commerce group announces that it was notified on 26 June 2008 that, on 26 June 2008, Mr. S Van Tran sold
80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.687 pence per share. Mr. Van Tran, a senior company employee, now holds 1,541,086 ordinary shares
directly and a further 289,084 ordinary shares indirectly through his CFD position, representing, in aggregate, a holding of 4.44 per cent.
