                   Apace Media plc ("Apace" or the "Company") 
 
        Result of GM, Cancellation of Trading & Resignation of Director 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 15 February 2010 and the circular sent 
to shareholders, the Company announces that at its General Meeting held today at 
midday at the offices of Seymour Pierce Limited, shareholders of the Company 
approved the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to 
trading on AIM. The cancellation will be effective on and from 16 March 2010 and 
trading in the Company's shares on AIM will cease at close of business on 15 
March 2010. 
 
The Company also announces the resignation of Francesco Abbruzzeze as 
Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
