Disposal of Shareholding in Marenica Energy Limited 
 
 
AfNat, the mining company focused on developing a diversified portfolio of 
interests in exploration and advanced stage mining assets, announces that 
following a review of the Company's quoted investments, the Company has disposed 
of its entire shareholding in Marenica Energy Limited (ASX: MEY). AfNat retains 
an interest in 10,325,000 options over ordinary shares in MEY exercisable at 
A$0.25 per share by 30 June 2011. The net proceeds from the share disposal will 
be used to increase the Company's cash balance.
