                            Director's shareholding

The Company has been notified that Simon Mathias, Non Executive Director,
purchased today 328,500 ordinary shares of 0.01p each at 4.1p per share,
equivalent to 0.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr
Mathias now holds 800,000 ordinary shares in Aspen, equivalent to 1.15 per cent
of the issued share capital of the Company.
