Floene Energias, S.A. ("Floene") informs that an unanimous written resolution has been approved on May 22(nd) 2023 by its shareholders to appoint Satoshi Kanomata as a member of the Board of Directors of Floene Energias, S.A. in place of Yoichi Onishi.

It is hereby informed that the Executive Committee, with effect from the date of May 22(nd) 2023, will be composed of the following directors:
