Issue of Shares

European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, AQSE: EUR) (the Company) advises that a total of 48,163,643 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued.

Of the 48,163,643 Shares, 46,363,643 shares are being issued pursuant to the placement as announced on 22 September 2020.1,800,000 shares are being issued pursuant to a conversion of debt to equity.

Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AQSE ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 28 September 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 717,123,518 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The above figure of 717,123,518 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
