Conversion of Loan Note in Zenith Energy Limited

Gunsynd PLC has issued notice to Zenith Energy Limited ("Zenith") of the conversion of its GBP100,000 convertible note (the "Convertible Note") into shares of Zenith at the conversion price of CAD$0.10. Upon conversion of the Convertible Note 1,637,100 shares will be issued to Gunsynd.
