HALF YEAR TRADING UPDATE

Games Workshop is pleased to confirm that trading since the last update in September 2023 is in line with expectations. The Board's estimate of the results for the six months to 26 November 2023, at actual exchange rates, is core revenue of not less than GBP235 million (2022/23: GBP212.3 million) and licensing revenue of c. GBP12 million (2022/23: GBP14.3 million). Core operating profit is estimated at not less than GBP82 million (2022/23: GBP70.7 million) and licensing operating profit of c. GBP11 million (2022/23: GBP12.9 million). Profit before tax is estimated at not less than GBP94 million (2022/23: GBP83.6 million).

Under our profit share scheme, we are paying GBP2,500 in cash to each employee in December (2023/24: GBP7.5 million; 2022/23: GBP4.5 million) to reward their contribution to our performance. Dividends declared and paid in the period are 195p per share, GBP64.2 million (2022/23: 165p, GBP54.2 million).
