Holdings in Company

The Company has been informed that Anglo American plc has disposed of its
holding of 2,825,166 ordinary shares (3.53% of the issued share capital),
reducing its holding in the Company to nil.

In addition, the Company has been informed that Artemis Investment Management
Limited and its subsidiaries holds 14,803,333 ordinary shares representing
14.29% of the issued share capital.  The total holding is held by the following
parties:

Artemis UK Growth Trust                         8,307,133        8.02%
Artemis UK Smaller Companies Trust              5,996,200        5.79%
Artemis Alpha Trust                               500,000        0.48%
