Source Gold Corp (OTCBB: SRGL) announced yesterday that they have completed initial digging efforts on their KRK West property in North Western Ontario.

Beardmore-Geraldton Gold Camp where KRK West Claim resides is one of the most prolific gold mines in North West Ontario Canada. Historical data has shown that with over 4.1 million ounces gold removed from claims already, there are still significant amounts of gold and other minerals on the site.

Ontario Canada is the country's leading gold producing area, producing 50 tons of gold in 2008, 50% of the countries entire gold output. Ontario's total proven and provable gold reserves are estimated at 1,415 tons.
