WORLD DIAMOND CONFERENCE - PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The Directors advise that on Monday 1st December 2003, the Company made a
presentation at the World Diamond Conference which incorporates the Australian
Diamond Conference being held at Rendezvous Observation City, Scarborough,
Western Australia on 1st and 2nd December 2003. The Company is also a sponsor to
the event.

Presenting on behalf of Reefton was Mr R Baxter-Brown, a renowned diamond
geologist. The key point of the presentation was "Diamonds Recovered from the
Skeleton Coast of Namibia - Description and Provenance".

In addition, the Company together with its wholly owned Namibian subsidiary,
Storm Diamond Mining Company (Pty) Ltd have joint sponsored the attendance of Mr
Veston Malango, Deputy Director of Mines and Government Mining Engineer,
Ministry of Mines and Energy, Republic of Namibia to speak at the conference on
"The Mining Industry in Namibia".
