Appraisals of Hudson's Bay Company’s (TSX: HBC) ("HBC" or the
“Company”) portfolio of properties, as well as those of RioCan-HBC
Limited Partnership and HBS Global Properties LLC, have been made
available to shareholders by the Special Committee of the Board of
Directors of HBC (the “Special Committee”). To access the 79

The appraisals were prepared by independent real estate
appraisal firms to support the independent valuation of the common
shares of HBC prepared by TD Securities Inc. under the supervision
of the Special Committee as part of its evaluation of the proposed
privatization of Hudson’s Bay Company. The independent valuation is
appended to the Management Information Circular of HBC prepared in
connection with the Special Meeting of shareholders scheduled for
