France's Europcar said on Tuesday that the possible offer for its share capital was around 50 euro cents per share but there was no certainty to the outcome of the discussions. "Europcar Confirms Advanced Takeover Talks With Volkswagen Consortium," at 1:12 p.m. ET on July 27, incorrectly reported the amount as 50 cents per share.
