The home-based operator system will in effect, give UDS Group the ability to grow its business at a faster pace, increase its service levels, substantially reduce call center labor costs, and make the current call center real estate more productive. The Home Agent program gives UDS the ability to have a broader labor pool while assisting with its disaster recovery program. It also enables UDS to use agents in strategic geographical areas to balance the needs of our clients' customers located in various time zones. By adding this enhancement to our call center operations, it further demonstrates UDS' ability to meet the growing needs of not just our clients, but the consumer as well.
