PART III - NARRATIVE

Staffing limitations resulted in delays in finalizing the financial statements and Management’s report on Form 10-Q and review of that report by the company’s auditors. As a result, the subject report could not be completed and filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company will file its report no later than the fifth calendar day after its prescribed due date.
