TDb Split Corp. ("TDb Split") declares its monthly distribution of $0.05 for
each Class A share ($0.60 annually) and $0.04375 for each Preferred share
($0.525 annually). Distributions are payable August 8, 2014 to shareholders on
record as of July 31, 2014. 


Since inception (August 7, 2007) Class A shareholders Preferred shareholders
have received a total of have received a total of $3.05 per share and per share
inclusive of this distribution, for a $3.67 combined total of $6.72 per unit.


TDb Split invests in common shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank, a leading Canadian
